LOVE THIS CHORIZO!!

I grew up in very south Texas eating chorizo until I found out it had glands and lymph nodes in it. When I found this Johnsonville with only prime cuts in it and none of that toxic stuff, I had to try it and so glad I did. IT'S DELICIOUS!! Great flavor. Love it with eggs, but I also will add coconut rice to it and some mixed veggies and it is exceptional!!

Love these! Here's how I cook them:

Great sausages for breakfast or a snack. MY COOKING METHOD: large skillet heated on medium-low (about a 3/10). Heat sausages on one side for about 5 minutes. Flip each one with tongs to heat the other side another few minutes. Cover to help keep the insides cooking and warm. Continue turning them every couple of minutes and cover while cooking. These do splatter a little outside the pan. Not horrible. I like mine quite blackened on the outside. This method takes about 15 minutes total. Place on a paper towel to reduce oil before eating. Yum!
