Clean ingredients, no crash or caffine jitters/anxiety at all, not the highest caffeine content or wake up energy, but it definitely lasts all day and has a nice %26 clean feeling of stability concerning its "mood". Would not buy as a pre-work out product because it does not provide alot of AMP output with suggested serving size, im sure you could adjust to get these results, however. BUT it DOES provide healthy amino synthesis, sustainable energy throughout the day, focus, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality and pure because your body doesnt take a toll like other caffeine containing products. It's definitely a close to nature nutritional/minerals supplementation, because its effects on the body prove true: Gut health excellent, eye sight feels bright %26 calm, and nerves are positive/focused/determined. Would recommend to those who are looking for this in their preferred, daily energy supplementation/support of.

I really like this one, seems to be the most "natrual" pre-workout out there. The taste is preety good too. My only issue is that is does not dissolve very well, the last drink is usually all powder.
