Fry: SkilletSlice sausage roll into 1/2-inch patties at indicated marks. (For easier slicing place sausage in freezer for 10-15 minutes, before slicing). Place patties in a cold skillet. Cook over Medium heat for 14-16 minutes, turning sausage frequently for even browning, or until center of sausage patty reaches 160°F and is no longer pink.

Wasn’t sure about the HOT description. I’m from ‘up north’ HOT scares us. Surprise! It’s pleasantly spiced! I stir the amount I want up like I do meat for a casserole and when barely pink dump eggs into it and enjoy sausage and eggs!

Slice chub when half frozen. put slices in frying pan - brown on one side medium high heat - turn slices over - when slices on 2nd side are 80% brown - pour in water to just about top of slices and turn heat down to low for 25 minutes (longer depending how well done you want the slices). Put on paper towel lined plate to cool and drain fat. Place slices in zip lock freezer bag and pull out slices as needed for recipes

Have you ever tried Jimmy, Dean, sausage and spaghetti. You should. You tastes great. has a great flavor with any brand of spaghetti sauce that you doctor up. by doctor up. I mean adding onions, mushrooms, peppers, garlic and then just let it simmer. you'll have a great tasting spaghetti sauce when you're done.
