Terrible stone quality

I was a little concerned about what the quality would be for the price. I got the package, opened it up and the stone was all sticky- no clue why. Got it cleaned off and then you could see about 1/3 of the sapphire was flaked. Looked like you would be able to stick your fingernail under it and lift the layer away. Terrible quality. Came in small ziploc bag inside of a big tacky box that wasnt even ring box, like a child's bracelet size box. Bought as a christmas gift. Returned the same day.
