Great TV, great picture and sound. It is actually very loud so you must have the sound setting very low. The TV was extremely easy to set up. Some directions could be a little clearer and some things I found by accident. Still, a great value. I purchased it at a rollback price which was even better. Thinking of buying another one for another bedroom.

The first JVC TV was DAMAGE in shipment, I recieved it Friday and started to put it together Saturday, I notice the screen was crack, so I called Customer Service right away spoke with Alexander who were extremely helpful considering at first I couldn't hardly understand his English and received another JVC TV Monday no cracks; just a perfect beautiful picture, easy navigation, setup.
