How to care for your ponytail: 

Step 1: Soak it in warm water with conditioner for 5 minutes. Clean with gentle pressure with your hands, do not twist and squeeze. 

Step 2: Use your fingers to gently remove any tangled hair from the ends and move upwards, cutting the tangled hair if necessary.

Step 3: Dry with a towel after washing and avoid vigorous rubbing. Use the hair dryer for less than 30 seconds. 

Step 4: When 80% dry, apply some hair oil and let it air dry.
