Received the wig and it’s not the color I ordered , will be calling tomorrow about a refund . Unfortunately I have cancer and undergo chemo so I’m not sure if I can , but my mine was a golden blonde with brown at the bottom. Was not platinum with brown, my granddaughter was sad it wasn’t the right color as advertised
