I have wavy/curly African American hair, that's short. This moisturizes and conditions good. Some complain about the price, which I can understand since it's a tube vs a large bottle as some conditioners come in. But I think it's worth it. I've been using for around 3 weeks and I notice my hair is softer, more manageable and has less split ends. I would recommend this. I wash and condition my hair either every day or every other day.

I bought it not knowing it was designed for men, but bought it as the ingredients were mostly natural and it was rated well at Sephora. I have long color treated hair which tends to be dry, but this stuff is great and makes it smooth and silky. That's why I bought it a second time and also got Jack Black's men's travel set for 3 fathers in my family.

Highly concentrated and great quality

I was looking for a way to simplify and only use Jack Black body wash as shampoo (which doubles as shampoo) and then buy a conditioner, so I didn't have as many bottles in shower or to travel with. I really like the scent of this conditioner and it's very concentrated. You only need a small amount. It makes my hair soft and shiny. I am African American with thick curly hair. If it works for me, I'm sure it may work for others. I now exclusively use Jack Black for all of my men's grooming needs. And I've used luxury brands in the past for many years, but I find Jack Black to be the most consistent and high quality.
