Have a good taste, i took it before 15 to do the workout, i can say premium quality and i feel the efficiency when i feel the muscle next day. Benefit and great result very energy Not yet a frequency but i will do a routine with this. Package in one dosage easy!

I recently tried JNX Sports' The Shadow Pre-Workout in the Strawberry Pineapple flavor, and overall, I had a highly positive experience with this product. Here's a detailed breakdown of my thoughts: The Strawberry Pineapple flavor is a refreshing and delightful combination. It strikes a good balance between sweetness and tanginess, without being overly sugary or artificial tasting. It's a unique flavor profile for a pre-workout, making it a pleasant change from the usual offerings. However, a slightly stronger pineapple presence would have made it perfect for my taste. The powder mixes exceptionally well with water. I experienced no clumping or residue at the bottom of the shaker, which is a common issue with some pre-workouts. Just a few shakes, and it dissolved completely, resulting in a smooth, enjoyable drink.
