I thought that i had read that it was soft. That makes me think supple and it wasn't either. It was cute and the matching bow tie that you can clip on and hang from the handle is cute too. The inside of the purse is that cheap plastic that typically rips. I ordered this in blue and in black and one of them had the handles packaged poorly. They were bent and i don't know how long it will take to get the kinks out. But, did I mention that it's cute? It's cute. The size is just right for me. I use it for everyday and Mass and there's just enough room for me to hold my checkbook, wallet, credit card case, pack of gum, fabric purse size tissue case, lipstick with mirror case, comb not brush, rosary pouch, veil pouch, two about 1/2 inch thick paperback size prayer books and maybe a pair of sunglasses. That's a lot, yet I would say it's a smallish medium. It also one ring on each side that you can clip something to. I'm thinking I might clip my water bottle to it. Another thing i really like about it is that it's not tall. I've had purses that I really liked that fir everything i wanted but then had four inches of height space that i didn't need. To sum it up- The purse's exterior could definitely have been softer, but it's not bad, the inside is very cheaply made and the seller could have packaged it better. It's a smaller medium but fits a great deal. It's not too tall and has rings on each side to hang things from, and, it's very cute.

I have only been using the purse for a little over a week and the strap ripped completely off of one of the sides so now I can only use it by the small handles.
