Warranty information
J World products are warranted to be functional and free from manufacturing defects. In unlikely event that defects appear in our products, we will promptly repair the item or replace (if cannot be repaired) the product at no additional cost to the consumer. This warranty does not apply to accidental damage, normal fading and product damage that may result from abuse of the product, misuse or improper care. Also it should be expected that wheels and the moving parts will show wear when they are used over period of time, and eventually it may need to be refurbished or replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty. Please follow the instruction on the warranty card for repair or replacement.
