I picked these up out of curiosity and now I'm hooked. The texture of these noodles is so satisfying—chewy in the best way, and they hold sauce really well. You can totally tell they're air-dried and not your average instant noodles. I threw in some chili oil, soy sauce, and scallions, and it tasted like something from a noodle shop. I also love that they're vegan and don't come with all the usual additives. I feel like I'm eating something quick but still kind of wholesome? Definitely going to stock up on more. If you're a noodle fan, these are worth a try. You might end up as surprised as I was!
