Skinny brand pasta for the win!

The cost is a bit on the pricier end. However, I do like the "taste", texture and ease of use of this pasta for a low carb or gluten free diet. I have tried the wide noodles, orzo and spaghetti in various dishes and it came out just fine for me. Do they replace flour pasta in everything - no. However, as an alternative to regular pasta these are just right. I also like that they have no foul smell or anything. I just rinse it under water for 10 sec and stir it with whatever I am cooking.
