This air mattress is so comfortable, it's raised off the ground more than traditional air mattresses, making it easier for older people to use and more comfortable for everyone. I bought the twin size. I've been debating on an air bed or a cot for camping. I'm disabled and Cousteau find a cot with enough ground clearance to facilitate my spinal disadvantages. This air bed is 18" high and was perfect without compromising the width that I also needed. It's definitely a twin size... just like it says. The flocking helped keep my bedding in one place. This doesn't have a built in pillow... which I appreciate, since I'm a stomach sleeper.
