really hold your knees tight

these braces run smaller thar what they say. i buy 2 at a time for each leg. this is the 3rd set i've bought. if you have big legs like me just remember what i said about fitment. when they start to wear out the neopreme will tear this happens in about 6 months if you wear them everyday like i do.
