so the jug is insulated pretty well kept ice cubes froze for a descent amount of time ..the problem i see in the near future is the way the plug is part the cap that fastens to the jug pretty ridiculously as far strength ....when it breaks off ill have a jug with no lid or plug to water in and see it being long it breaks off ..except for that flaw its a good5 jug ..lol

cheap parts break easy

At first we loved this water bottle for my 7 year old who goes to day camp 2 days a week. I noticed when I recieved it the cap was a bit discolored but I didn't think anything of it. Then, after a few uses the cap broke. Now the bottle is useless. I contacted the company and they said they cannot help.
