Instant Self-Hypnosis

Easy to read and is informative. The instructions are in progressive steps and easy to follow. The process did work for me and I can now hypnotize myself to varying degrees. I have altered some of the process to better fit my personal makeup. I think most people will find this a helpful book. All that being said don't buy the book if you are just going to read it and not put the content into use. It's a "to do" book.
