Tried both chicken %26 beef. Preferred beef for depth of flavor. Would probably be better if used beef bone broth. Add ins: Thai basil, cilantro, Speouts deli rare roast beef, bok choy, mung sprouts, shredded carrots, radish, cucumber. Cooked all spice packs %26 water to hard boil %26 let them really steep. Added noodles til also almost cooked, then added most of the rest (which drops heat), heated for a small bit, then topped with fresh radish %26 cucumber for crunch.

Solid intent pho option for home

I live in an area with zero pho options and was curious about this. While it's not going to replace your favorite Vietnamese restaurant pho, it's very good for a quick make at home pho option or if you're really missing pho and have no places nearby. I've had many bowls of pho and this does taste like pho to me. I'll be getting it again.. I added a lime %26 some thicker cut London broil roast beef lunch meat to mine but sliced onions %26 basil would help too

this pho is so hood and tasty. its not as fresh as in a restaurant but it comes to a close second with the flavors it already has with it. doesnt come with fresh toppings but would be quick and not too expensive to add your own additions to make it the best.
