Poor Packaging - arrived damaged
Arrived in damaged condition, box open, rough handling by UPS. Two support braces crushed and plastic caps destroyed. Sent message to seller, to see if they are willing to replace damaged pieces. if not we will initiate the return process. Felt sorry for the UPS package driver, trying to wrestle this out of the package truck and carry up the driveway. UPS could have done a better job at handling, but the shipper could have done a better job at packaging, cardboard was not designed to withstand a drop of any kind. I suspect this popup will not last long due the gauge and quality of the steel and the connectors used. But, at $250 what should you expect?
