The best bed for daily use.

This air mattress has been used daily for over a year and provided me with a firm night's sleep. It succumbed to the abuse I caused getting in and out of bed. I initially repaired a minor leak with a patch kit. The flocked coating was resistant to the glue, but the patch held until an adjoining rip made repair impossible. I purchased a replacement and will be more careful egressing from the bed. I also changed the Never-flat Dial setting to Medium to reduce the stress load on the fabric. I also continue to use a mattress pad to reduce abrasion by body when rolling over during sleep.

A step above other inflatables

I'm really liking this mattress. I have a few observations: Unplug it for one day each month. You don't want a small leak you don't know about to become a big leak you don't know about. Buy a vinyl repair kit right now, not when you suddenly need it. The best vinyl repair kit is available on walmart.com. Search for this: Blue Magic Waterbed Patch Kit. Although the bed includes two self-adhesive repair patches, they are little better than clear packing tape. This bed has a "plush" setting that isn't really plush at all (it's akin to sleeping on a carpeted floor). If you want a soft mattress, unplug the mattress, then turn the Inflate/Deflate switch a bit in either direction to release some air. Soft enough? Plug in the mattress. The auto-inflate pump will usually tolerate the lower air pressure. You don't want a soft air mattress, regardless of manufacturer. It will fight you every time you move or try to stand up. Never, EVER buy a Beautyrest inflatable mattress. Beautyrest seems to specialize in a nonstop barrage of pinholes, seam splits, and tears. An ideal gift for people you don't like.
