My davenport is not a true full size but larger than I loveseat so it covers more than what is shown on the picture. The backing, which someone said melted in the dryer with low heat, looks to me as a decent cotton backing. To be sure when I wash it I will use warm water and put in the dryer a few minutes to take out the wrinkles and then line dry. The burgundy color is what I wanted as my colors are in the 'jewel tone' so it fits in with my other furniture. Also like the coverage. All the front and back of the sofa are covered as are the arms. It transformed my living room changing color from a drab gray to the burgundy. Very pleased with my choice.

Finally one that fits !! I have a large sofa. The seating area is 6ft and each arm is another foot each. This cover more than fits. Also front and back, It hangs over the back almost 3 ft. and nearly too the floor in the front. The color is exactly as it shows in the photo. The straps are a good idea. it is very comfortable. My only question still is...I have purchased other cheaper brands of these, when they get washed and dried.. the backing comes apart. Hopefully this will be better, I will let you know.
