unlike a lot of other 3/8 guns, its not overkill fast, so while you get the job done quick, your not flinging bolts all over the shop, the trigger design allows for complete control of RPMs being applied, and has plenty of power for its size, anything this gun cant break free would be having a 1/2 inch gun used on it by anyone who knows what they're doing, and its not very loud which is a plus.

Just purchased and tried this wrench, but found myself returning it. It operates as expected, but sounds and feels like any other impact wrench in so doing. It's also not that small. In fact, the Klutch 1/2"-drive compact steel-body wrench is about as loud, offers more torque, is smaller, and cheaper. So I found myself unimpressed by the IR wrench. I didn't personally care for the feel of the selector, which took some figuring out because its was not clearly set up. But it does let you select forward and reverse in steps 5 discrete steps, which is useful. Just don't expect to use setting 1/5, because the tool can't even spin itself up at that setting. So if you're looking for a useful 3/8" drive impact wrench that delivers on its promised function and does a decent job, this is a good wrench. Just don't expect to be blown away.
