Too little for too much

Product arrival delayed. When received it was a smell spool of tape with some padded packing material and a quilted cloth cover. A sheet of paper instructs you to cut the padded packing material and tape it to the AC unit. Last step is to slip the elastic banded cover over the whole thing. What I thought I was getting was a one piece cover to slip over the AC face that had an insulating layer sewn into it. All this for $37 after tax and shipping,, what a joke.
