Spanish Style Rice 8 oz. Cooking Directions - On the Stove Bring 2 cups of water and 1 tablespoon Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in 1 Cup of Iberia Spanish Yellow Rice. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Cooking Directions - Microwave In a microwave safe dish, combine 2 cups hot water, 1 tablespoon Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 Cup Iberia Spanish Yellow Rice. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Reduce setting to 50% power and microwave for 17 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve.

Good rice for boxed
This rice is good with butter rather than oil. Just follow the directions and it'll come out good. I heat it on 4 once I pour the rice into the boiling water. Once the water evaporates, I put the stove on low for the remainder time. Comes out good every time.
