Terrible customer service and product

this item is not worth the money and headache. Bought one a year ago and it already got damaged (bent frame, wheel damaged, jack came off roller). I contacted the seller ECOSS and they told me to try and fix it! Seriously, the unit is damaged and fixing it and using it in the future could result in some serious injury! Also purchased the protection plan for $90 and they told me I needed the serial number (no serial number on the unit, maybe on the box but I had thrown that away 1 year later), and the receipt (I purchased the item online! so I do not have a paper receipt from the store.)
