Notice:
1.The manual magnet crane is strict with steel plate thickness when lifting. For instance, If you want to raise a ton of steel with a ton of permanent magnet crane, the thickness of the steel plate should be at least 40 mm.
2.When lifting cylindrical work-piece, the V-groove should keep two straight lines contact with the work-piece, so its lifting force is only 30% - 50% of the rated lifting force.
3.Before lifting, clean the surface of the lifted object, and clean up the rust skin and protruding.
4.The temperature of the work-piece to be lifted and the ambient temperature shall not be greater than 80 degrees. Please ensure that there is no severe vibration and impact.
5.Prohibit standing under the steel sheet when the steel sheet is lifted. Please do not control the handle when there is no any steel sheet under the magnetic lifter.
