Soft cotton, strong but not stiff elastic, comfortable with lined crotch area. NOT flimsy, lightweight cotton. They fit as described "hipster", not brief or bikini. My girlr wears size 14-16 clothes and the size 14-16 Innersy Underwear was a good fit, durable, sewn/seemed well. Unfortunately, they do not have a larger size for her to grow into. They did not shrink much after drying.

These undies are very soft and well constructed. The band at the top keeps the underwear in place, and the band at the legs is comfortable and doesn't cut into your skin. The pack comes in such cute colors, and I love that there is minimal pink because my daughter doesn't care for pink. The price per pair is fair for this product.
