I originally bought these to train my daughter at home. I am the one using them...almost daily. They are fabulous for slams and I love how loud they sound hitting the floor. They are well made, comfortable to hold for a variety of exercises and just an all around cool product. Only downfall belongs to me: I wish I would have ordered all heavier sizes instead of the smaller weights.
