I didn't really need this cord, but I couldn't stop seeing the black cord that was attached to my microwave on top of my kitchen counter. Once I received the white cord, I immediately plugged it in and now that black cord is no longer an eyesore. The white blends in nicely and it's a lot easier on the eyes than an annoying black cord.

these are really good extensions for plugins it gives you plenty of room to plug in 3 or 4 items where you couldn't plug them in before it's your wall and if you're like me you need a cell phone charger a lamp and a heating pad all too be plugged in at the same time and this makes it very doable it is well worth the money you pay for it

I use this product indoors. The three prongs "snap" securely into the wall outlet and don't pull loose like they do with regular "indoor" extension cords. I have also used it outdoors because it is heavy enough to accommodate a toaster oven on the back porch.
