Great saw
I needed a miter saw to create an accent wall in my bedroom. I chose this one because of the price, it was my first major tool purchase. I’ve used it to cut (straight and miter) the wood trim for my wall and have been pleased with its performance. The only negative is the design of the blade lock should be improved. Mine didn’t push or pull easily and I ended up removing it unintentionally. The piece doesn’t impact operation of the saw, just means I can’t keep the blade in a lowered position when it’s not in use. I would recommend this saw for beginners like me!
