Hyper Tough 6-inch Black Nylon Digital Caliper TR33763B

This is the rare inexpensive digital caliper that doesn't eat batteries. When you turn it off, it's really off. It functions as expected for an inexpensive plastic digital caliper. It moves smoothly and displays measurements to tenths of a millimeter or hundredths of an inch. The only less-than-perfect aspect is the slightly small display with oddly angled digits, but that's a really minor gripe with digital calipers at this price that don't go through a battery every few weeks. Beware that there are two different Hyper Tough 6-inch Digital Calipers. They're the same price and offer basically the same build and functionality, but the other ones (which have a slightly larger screen that isn't angled) eat batteries because they are never really off.
