This cutting disc is constructed from a hard abrasive used for slicing and cutting metal including hardened steel. This wheel makes it easy to cut bolts and screws, and make slots in rusted or stripped bolts and screws for removal with a screwdriver. These are NOT comparable to Dremel brand!
I thought we'd try these out since they were cheaper than the Dremel brand of cut off wheels and we use them a lot for our business. DON'T DO IT! There are horrible and break almost immediately. As anyone who is familiar with these knows, when they do break the pieces go flying. These Hyper Tough brand wheels are a great way to lose an eye and/or cause great harm to someone.

HyperTough Heavy Duty Rotary Cutoff Wheeks-Junk
This should have ZERO stars as a choice! The first one broke from simply TOUCHING the thing I was going to cut. I did NOT even have the Dremel tool turned on. The second was being used to cut a thin piece of brass and it broke into pieces after only 5 or 6 seconds of cutting. Luckily I was wearing glasses because pieces of it hit me in the face. They are totally useless and dangerous.
