They are extremely tough, reasonably priced and with the color red, hard to lose or leave behind on a site. Honestly, I feel like I never know what to expect with the hyper tough brand. And I'm not sure why because I've not really been disappointed to date. I don't necessarily care where it's made so long as it works. And this sledgehammer is no exception. I have used and used and used it without any signs of fatigue or breakdown. Just a good standard easy to use not too heavy well balanced 4 pounds sledgehammer. Phenomenal bang for the buck.
