Overall the bike is great, and my 10yr old son loves it and enjoys riding it all weekend long. However the bike is NO! protection at all in the box to protect the frame and parts from shipping mishaps like the occasional drop, and banging around from the warehouse to shipping carrier to its destination. Few metal parts were bent and out of shape i had to heat them up a bit to align them back to its almost original shape. Good thing is that these parts aren't expensive to replace for higher quality parts. The handlebar is also not straight from the factory has a slight deformation. Like i said it's for my 10yr old son he can't notice the defects. Wheel hub and spoke were not True, i had to rebalance the spokes tensions to align the rim and hub to be as straight as possible. Which helps with the braking and vibration. This is a starter bike for my Son before i get him a better expert/pro bike down the line. All parts were included and nothing was missing
