This is the best coffee/tea mug ever, the size is perfect, and the cup on the outside does NOT get hot to hold like others. I had one I was using for years and lost the lid and NOW I bought this one. Normally drink a third way of my coffee and becomes lukewarm and toss it. This mug is great. Coffee last hrs. as if I just made, yesterday I forgot about my coffee, and 30mins later I had it, and tasted as if just was made. As long as you close the flapper it stays HOT, I have to leave it open a few mins before taking the first sips as it is very hot. As long as you close it after your sips, LAST hot for over an hour, best purchase. Thank you
