Elk Ridge ER-85 I bought it because I liked the style and 'twas cheap. And I'm keeping it because of it! Now the knife was made poorly, the full tang knife was cut right in the middle to place the hand guard, which makes it susceptible of breaking. If I fall on it, it'll definitely break into two. The handle wood pieces don't match to the knife. One side even can be seen protruding from the steel. There is a gaps between the knife and the handles, you could see it if you hold it towards the light. I can not say anything about the steel hardness, but it'll work for me fine. I also keep it because if the handles break, and it will break, I'll make myself a better one. Thanks for reading!
