The massager works exactly as advertised. It's shaped to provide support %26 traction to the neck %26 has 3 separate features. It has an "EMS" pulse function that works like a TENS unit, delivering electrical stimulation, with different levels of intensity. This feature, alone, makes the purchase worthwhile. There is a vibration function and a heat function, each with different levels. The unit automatically turns off after 15 minutes. When used as directed, the massager does, in fact, provide relief %26 relaxation. It's relaxing enough to fall asleep on, but it's meant to be used only 15 minutes at a time, so one shouldn't overdo it. I've been using the massager once a day (before bed) for a week %26 have experienced relief from neck fatigue %26 pain. The one possible disadvantage of the massager is that it needs to be charged. While this isn't a problem, I would have liked the option of powering it with a wall connection instead of having a rechargeable battery that will eventually fail. I will definitely keep using this massager %26 would buy it again.
