Bike came on time and the box was in good shape. All parts were included. It was fairly easy to assemble since it's almost complete already. Looks like a slightly bent front wheel from zip tie in a bad place for shipping. Haven't tried shifting gears yet. May have to update rating.

Its a good bike. However the seat was a bit uncomfortable for long rides, so I had to buy another. I also had to assemble it myself without a manual. :( Finally, Its important to know that its a mountain bicycle so its sturdy and its steady on the road. It can even climb curbs. The cost of that is that it won't be as fast as a road or hybrid bicycle. Overall, for a mountain bicycle I love it and would highly recommend it!

I ordered under shipping tab, assuming they would be sent in boxes and we would have to put them together. They arrived a few days later than expected, but they were delivered to my front door, already put together and lined up for us as if it were Christmas morning in May.
