I was skeptical, but this little baby does EXACTLY what it promises. It will slow heat/cook anything you bring from frozen prepackaged meals to raw meat and veggies. I keep it tucked away on my desk, and it is small enough to not be obtrusive. Place your meal inside in the morning when you get to work, and forget about it until lunch. You will have an evenly hot, evenly cooked meal soooo much better than if it had been microwaved. Try this and you will NOT be disappointed.
