The flavor is excellent. It's not really hot hot - but it has a nice little kick which makes it pleasant. The biggest draw back as with any of these new hot sauces is that it's way too expensive. I bought this on a promotion but I probably would not pay full price for it. There are other brands that are just as good or similar with lesser price.

Flavor was delicious. The spice was a perfect balance, not too light were it makes u feel like its not hot, but also not too spicy that it over powers the flavor of the food.

I'm not a big hot sauce fan but I do love garlic and someone recommended this to me so I wanted to give it a try. I love sauce. I love how it adds more to anything. This is a really good sauce if you really enjoy garlic with a little bit of spice it's not too spicy. It does not burn your mouth, but it really gives you a nice hit of flavor.
