Before use, ensure the comb is compatible with your outlet voltage, inspect for damage, and start with clean, dry, detangled hair, ideally pre-treated with a heat protectant. Plug in the comb, turn the temperature dial to your desired setting (up to 500°F), and allow 30–60 seconds for it to heat up. Section your hair and gently press the comb through each part, starting near the roots and moving slowly to the ends, avoiding holding the comb in one spot for more than 2–3 seconds. Use lower temperatures (250–300°F) for fine or color-treated hair, medium (300–400°F) for normal or wavy hair, and high (400–500°F) for coarse or thick hair. After styling, turn the dial to “OFF,” unplug the comb, and allow it to cool completely using the built-in safety stand. Clean the comb with a soft, damp cloth once cool, and never submerge it in water or use harsh chemicals. The only thing is—my hair still had some volume, but I think it's just because it's been really humid where I live. BUT I tried it on my mom, and her hair came out perfectly smooth. So YES—BUY IT!
