I just started using this, so the outcome of benefits is too early to say. I used it in my coffee, and it dissolved immediately, unlike other powders I've tried. I think Im going to use it in a cup of soup because of the umami flavor. I am excited to note the benefits. I also purchased turkey tail bites for my dog because she's just now developing tumors, which my other 2 did as well, but they're on the rainbow bridge. This dog took it as a snack, and I'm excited to see the benefits. Supposedly, this is the gateway to the immune system....

I use to get the chews but they've become very expensive so I started using the powder and love it. I mix it with a mug of Chi tea (hot or cold doesn't matter) and sip on it during the day. I like the flavor, it reminds me of chocolate :-)
