Nice fan, but check all the working parts

It is important to examine all parts and switches (in working condition) before installation. My first unit came defective and after installation we realized that the light switch was not working. What a waste of time! We have reordered the same unit as it is a very nice fan with light made by Honeywell. The most difficult part was to connect the lights to the motor. There are three screws that are not magnetic and the space between the light fixture and the motor is so narrow that is difficult to put these screws in. I would recommend to put all the parts of the whole fan on the ground and later just hook it up and connect the wires. We have used a tiny piece of chewing gum on top of each screw and connect the screwdriver so it does not fall. That way it was easier to tight all three screws around the light fixture. The rest was a piece of cake. It works like a charm.
