When I brought the Honey-Can-Do Shelving Box in off the porch, I was surprised at the size and weight. I thought I was getting a Shelving Unit that held up to 800 pounds. What I received was 1 Shelf, measuring 14” x 24”. I rechecked the site and realized that I was getting only 1 shelf. Also included were 8 pieces of half round plastic pieces that quickly and easily snapped together into 4 round clips that fit through the leg openings of my Shelf. It's not clear whether each shelf holds 800 pounds, or if a 3 or 4 tier shelving unit holds a total of 800 pounds, it does makes more sense that it is probably the latter. Once I got over the shock of receiving only I shelf, I did some research online and found that the The Honey-Can-Do Steel Wire Shelving System is an add-on Shelving Unit/Organization System and is actually a very nice, quality, modern decor unit. The shelves are a heavy duty steel frame and easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. They can be put together easily by one person, no tools required. This shelving unit can be mixed and matched with any of the other Honey-Can-Do Pieces to fit your specific needs, for either indoors or your garage. Shelves are sold individually and legs/shelf separators are sold separately in packs of 2. Organization for your home is now quick, easy, durable and space specific. I gave this 4 out of 5 stars simply because the description was a little unclear that this was an individual shelf and not a shelving unit.

HOWEVER – if you have other HONEY CAN DO shelfing systems in your house/work – you can connect this to those for a ton of added versatility. Measures 14” x 24” and claims to hold up to 800 lbs of weight. Installation is a tool free simple process with the poles or other similar shelfing – and comes with a 4 pack of installation clips. Chrome finish looks nice and shiny. Steel construction is sturdy and will allow you to use your shelf in a variety of locations for multiple purposes – from food, to garage, to clothing, even looks great as a do it yourself entertainment system rack. Commercial grade wire shelfing. You can even purchase – separately – rolling casters – to make your own movable kitchen island, pantry, laundry folding workstation!
