Packaged horribly

This was packaged really bad. Opening the box, you could hear the pieces moving all over the place. The styrofoam was in pieces and not fully securing the product pieces on one whole side. It looks like a return item. Some pieces were damaged due to the poor packaging. Otherwise, the wood pieces feel solid and decent quality. I just hope all pieces are included when I have professional assembly.
