This thing is amazing. I've tried other massage machines before but they were hand held and difficult to use. Not this one though very simple. I love the 3 different modes and the option for heat. Works great in my office chair but not so much in my recliner because of the curved back

The best. Just dont lean or fall asleep on it. This is my 3rd one as i blow out them every 2 years of daily use due to whiplash and job standibg on concrete floors. Releases the spine so well so yiur back legs and feet feel great. Thats the key to great circulation, then I can exercise comforably. Apply a towel over it which helps protect the netting.
