Great resource

This book is a great resource for the beginning or experienced cheese maker. I make yougurt, mozzarella, yogurt cheese, & panir. I was wanting to move on to some different cheeses, & I couldn't have asked for a better resource. This book is very clear about what materials are needed & the steps in the process. I haven't tried any new recipes yet, but I feel like I have the tools to get started now.
