Hitchcock Butterfield Nuevo Framed Wall Mirror

I really like the look of the mirror. However, one side of the mirror is behind the staples that are intended to hold the mirror in place. When you look at the mirror you see staples between it and the frame down one side. It was not cheap, and I was disappointed but due to a very busy time of year with my job, I just didn't feel I had the time to return it and had planned to call customer service, but I haven't. We bought it to use in a workout room but I wanted something nice that could be used elsewhere later. It's ok for the workout room but without taking it apart and rebuilding it ourselves, I wouldn't want to use it elsewhere in the house.

Worst purchase ever! Ordered two mirrors approx. 67 x 31 and 43 x 31. The 67 x 31 from Hayneedle, arrived no problem. The mirror 43 x 31 fron OJCommerce, arrived with mirror loose in frame. I realized I had ordered the wrong size and with the mirror loose, I decided to take it up to Walmart and return. To my surprise, the mirror could not be returned through Walmart. Would have to be returned at my cost. Checked two return companies. Because of the size--$212.00 to return!!!!! Really, and it was defective and damaged. Using mirror with Gorilla tape on back. Never again!!!
