Grayson, chairman of the American Red Cross, as he [...] Florence Nightingale medal, the highest award that may be [...] any member of the nursing profession, to Miss Ida F. Rutherford, Conn. Miss Mabel Boardman, Secretary of the American Red Cross, at right. Miss Butler is the fifteenth American nurse to receive the award, which is made biennially Glass negatives.
