No assembly instructions and chips

Easily would have been a 4/5 but the fact this didn't come with any instructions was horrible. Not only that, but there is NOTHING online to help. I had to search for something similar and do the best I could without any assistance besides a 4 min video on another object. It took me approximately 2.5 hours to do without a manual where it could have been done within 45 mins max. Wood isn't the highest quality. But it's working. There were chips. Parts missing, mainly instructions. No online assistance. Nothing from the manufacturer either. For the price and quality, it is worth it. It's serving its purpose for a thirteen year old girl.
